I go to pull out the dipstick to get around it with the harness and it only comes out about 3-4 inches then stops. So I try a couple more times and twist it different directions to see if I could free it up. I give it a few more firm pulls and it comes out and I here the end of it come off into the oil pan. Please tell me that thing is magnetic and I can possibly fish it out with a magnet stick. I just put the damn engine back in with a freshly sealed oil pan. Pretty pissed off right now! No, you pinched the dip stick in between the pan and the block. You should always take out your dipstick before sealing an oil pan.
